One of my favourite desserts is jelly - all types be it jello, agar agar, konnyaku etc.
Darling wife would make them and have them stored in the refrigerator so that I can snack on them throughout the day. My niece and my elder sister, too, would bring their own creations to share whenever we have family gatherings.
